Why Wendy Bunch?
 

I was raised in a large family - four brothers and sisters - with one brother and one sister deaf from birth, our family was unique. We didn't have a lot, but we always had lots of love. And guess what...hugs are FREE! Free to give and receive. It takes only a moment to give a hug but its effects can last all day and their lingering memory can last for years.

I believe that hugs have their place in business too. The hug helps establish a form of relationship that builds trust, and you can actually read somebody better with a hug than a handshake. The human touch is what makes a successful agent. When I leave an appointment and am able to hug my client...I'm building a relationship of honesty and trust. I am becoming their "Personal REALTOR® for Life."

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Marietta Real Estate Professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

Accredited Buyer Representation

The Accredited Buyer Representation (ABR) designation is the benchmark in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate Buyers's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, who meet the specified and practical experience criteria. This designation tells you that you'll be working with someone committed to your best interests, someone who has both made a career priority, and has also demonstrated the abilities needed to provide the finest in buyers representation.

 

Seller Representative Specialist

Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) is the premiere seller agency designation, conferred by the SRS Council, recognizing real estate professionals who have completed special education in seller representation.

 

Loss Mitigation Certification

The Loss Mitigation Certification course (LMC) equips REALTORS® with the tools to work on the complicated transactions involving foreclosures and REOs, short sales, and auctions.

 

NAR's Green Designation
